If you're on a Mac and want to synchronize your Goplan calendar with your iCal (which then lets you carry your Goplan calendars on your iPhone/iPod/iPad too), here's what you have to do:


Adding the overall company agenda to iCal

  1. Click Company agenda from the dashboard sidebar
  2. On the headline "Your company's agenda", click the "iCal" button
  3. Your iCal should open and ask you if you want to subscribe to your calendar
  4. Select adequate refresh options (we like to refresh our own calendars every hour)

Adding a specific project to iCal

  1. Open the project you want to subscribe to on Goplan
  2. Click the Calendar option on the top navigation bar
  3. From the calendar sidebar, click iCal feed
  4. Your iCal should open and ask you if you want to subscribe to your calendar
  5. Select adequate refresh options (we like to refresh our own calendars every hour)
