If you use Google Calendar to collect all your calendar data, you may find it useful to subscribe to your Goplan calendar from Google Calendar. Here's what you have to do:


Adding the overall company agenda to Google Calendar


  1. Click Company agenda from the dashboard sidebar
  2. On the headline "Your company's agenda", right-click click the iCal button and copy the link to your computer's clipboard
  3. Open Google Calendar and add a new calendar
  4. Paste in your Goplan calendar link in order to subscribe

Adding a specific project to Google Calendar


  1. Open the project you want to subscribe to on Goplan
  2. Click the Calendar option on the top navigation bar
  3. From the calendar sidebar, right-click iCal feed and copy the link
  4. Open Google Calendar and add a new calendar
  5. Paste in your Goplan calendar link in order to subscribe

Note: Goplan calendars are read-only when subscribed. Changes you make to your calendar from Google Calendar will not be synchronized back to Goplan after being saved.
