There may be occasions when you need to update your payment method on Goplan, either in order to change between Paypal and Credit Card, or to update your credit card number or associated Paypal address. You can update your payment information using the steps below:


Updating your payment information

  1. On the top bar on your Goplan company space, click Edit Company.
  2. Click Your subscription in the sidebar
  3. Click Subscribe next to your current plan (the row corresponding to your current plan should be highlighted in yellow)
  4. Update the form with your new data and click Update Subscription on the bottom of the form.
